Wall Street closes higher, led by Nasdaq & S&P 500

New York [US], August 14: The Major US stock indices closed higher at the end of Thursday's trading session.
The S&P 500 rose 0.66 %, or 51.23 points, to close at 7,799.73 points, while the Nasdaq Composite gained 215.02 points, or 0.81 %, to 26,803.51 points.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average also advanced 70.91 points, or 0.13 %, to 53,833.87 points.
